You can look up serial numbers for Buffet pro-level horns (only) at this ...One fun fact to consider is that all woodwinds (to my knowledge) operate on the left is top, right is bottom. So it would be a little strange if the clarinet was the only one in inversion. In my own playing I haven't noticed any significant advantages or struggles of playing the clarinet with a left hand dominance.
